To apply for an apartment at La Via Apartments, select one of our studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments and click APPLY NOW to start your application online.

 

Q. How can I pay my rent electronically? Are there any fees?

 

You can pay via credit card for a small charge or use an ACH payment, which is free. Both can be done on our Resident Portal just use the Resident Login page on this website.

When a resident signs up for this service, how is their rental payment tracked by IdentityIQ?


IdentityIQ integrates with your Yardi Voyager to access the data fields required to report on-time rental data to the credit bureaus.

Are there negative impacts tracked for late payments and communicated to the residents?


There are no negative impacts for late or missed payments. Only on-time rent payments are reported.

Does this apply to rental payments only, or other monthly lease charges (i.e., pet fee, utilities, etc.)?


This applies to rental payments only.

What fees are associated with this service on the residents side? Is it a one-time fee to set up the service, or a monthly recurring fee?


Fees are on a monthly reoccurring basis directly to the resident.

What type of correspondence will the residents receive from IdentityIQ regarding their credit? Emails? Texts?


IdentityIQ provides credit monitoring and identity alerts via email or via text if the resident downloads the IdentityIQ mobile app. The resident may also receive marketing emails from IdentityIQ once they choose a service.

Can clients access reporting on residents who have signed up for the service?


Clients will be able to access their partner portal, where they can view details about who has enrolled, which plans they chose, cancellations, and more.

Can IdentityIQ provide reporting on campaign performances to Yardi clients, such as emails, resident portal announcements, Resident Portal home page narrative, online leasing page narrative, etc.?


Yes! This can be provided upon request. Please note all links must be implemented with code tracking provided in this document for accurate reporting.


Results may vary. Some members may not see an increased score or increased creditworthiness. Lenders use a variety of credit scores and may make decisions about your creditworthiness based on a credit score different from those impacted by positive rental payment reporting.
