Application fee per applicant: $55
Holding deposit due at application: $600
Additional Security Deposit - Normal: $0 all floorplans - based on results of screening report
Additional Security Deposit - Extra: $100 all floorplans - based on results of screening report
Additional Security Deposit - Max: $600 all floorplans - based on results of screening report
Guarantor Application Fee: $55
Pet Deposit - Refundable: $300 per pet
Pet Rent: $50 per pet
Storage- Small: $80
Storage - Medium: $90
Storage - Large:$100
Storage - Extra Large: $110
Garages: $200
Additional Parking: $200
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly billed 90 days in arrears
Sewer Base Charge: flat rate of $37.04
Water Base Charge: flat rate of $13.27
Utility Billing Fee: $4.25
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $25
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $75.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one month's rent if 6 or less months remain in the lease term. A termination fee of two months' rent if more than 6 months remains. A written notice of 30 days must be given.

Comments: A refundable fee of $300 per pet due at move-in. A monthly fee of $50 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.
Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.
